2. Stolen Packages (Porch Theft)
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, our Shipping Protection covers theft. We can provide a replacement after reviewing the claim.
Example: Your order was marked as delivered, but it’s nowhere to be found. After confirming basic details and reviewing delivery confirmation, we'll ship out a replacement.

4. Incorrect Sizing or Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong size or item, we will quickly send you the correct product at no extra cost.
